For Vosseler Abogados and our non-profit organization Vosseler Acción Social, it was an honor to share the moving experience we had last Sunday, December 14th, participating in the traditional Christmas toy drive for the children in care at the Maricel Residential Care Center in Arenys de Mar. We firmly believe that our work extends beyond the courts. Therefore, our commitment is to the people and the community around us.
It was a day marked by solidarity, joy and the roar of engines, where together we managed to bring smiles to the faces of the little ones during these special days.
A caravan for solidarity
The day began promptly at nine in the morning in Mataró . The start was spectacular: a convoy of more than 50 motorcycles and vehicles from various emergency services set off for Arenys de Mar.
The journey was escorted by an exceptional police escort from the Mossos d'Esquadra Traffic Division . Upon arrival in the town, the collaboration of the Arenys de Mar Local Police was crucial in ensuring that the entire group arrived safely and in an organized manner at the gates of the Maricel Residential Care Center.
Activities, motors and smiles
Once there, the center transformed into a space of celebration and joy. The children were able to enjoy:
- Vehicle displaysAn impressive display of emergency vehicles and high-displacement motorcycles.
- Circuit ridesThe most anticipated moment, where the children could ride motorcycles and vehicles on a marked urban circuit.
- Pilot exhibitionsManeuvers by volunteer pilots that left everyone speechless.
- Chocolate and musicA festive day accompanied by hot chocolate, pastries and the best musical atmosphere.
The highlight was the distribution of toys, made possible by the generosity and contributions of the participating motorcycle associations , ensuring that each child received a gift full of excitement.
A shared effort
This event, organized by the Catalan Motorcycle Association, would not have been possible without the collaboration of numerous entities that joined forces for a noble cause. We would especially like to thank the following for their participation:
